The hipsters are taking over the planet. I'm getting concerned. Really, I love all of you and your brightly colored clothing, vintage shoewear, strage asymetrical hairstyles, and sense of individuality that you wear so proudly. I'm not even being sarcastic here. But, the latest iPod ad is where I have to draw the line though people. I haven't seen these shapes and colors since my Trapper Keeper in 1987 with the matching pencil holder. The oddly shaped triangles with the 3D spheres was always a personal favorite, usually in purple, off-green, and hot pink intertwined with confettish designs. Of course, this was to match my ponytail holders and socks rolled over my fold-to-taper jeans. This has gone too far hipsters and I almost feel bad that your world has officially gone mainstream. Although, any recent peek at H&M in the past two years would have led you to the same conclusion. Somehow this ad gives it more validation. Apple should be ashamed for ripping you guys off.
