So I'm realizing very quickly that my diet here is going to be very different than how it was in the US. Instead of heading to the grocery store - stocking up the cart and having food for the next two months...I buy intermittantly and usually have no idea what to buy. Mostly been living off of pretty good stuff - my diet here is definitley better than in the US if you don't count the occational McDonald's hamburger while using the internet, and also the mass amounts of beer. Raw vegetables can counter that right? Here are some pictures of various food options in Germany:

Beer

Doener (Gyro) Plate with Salad

A very poor excuse for cheese balls.
