So, coming up on my first whole week in Berlin. My right hand is permantly stamped with black ink from the various places I've been. I know there are a million more places to go and see...but it almost feels like this week has been enough. I am so much happier, so much more relieved to be in a big city.
The Kurzstrecke is a taxi rule here in Berlin, no more than three km equals three euros. Granted, it may not seem like a lot...but after a night out and deciding to pay three euro or walk for 30 minutes, it's not a hard decision. Those three Euros avoid a lot of abandoned buildings by yourself at five a.m.
